Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 April 2026
These Terms explain the rules for using Measure Copilot. They are written for a self-serve analytics audit product and should be reviewed by counsel before paid public launch.
Who may use the service
You may use Measure Copilot only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, agency, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Authorized website audits
You may only scan, audit, upload data for, or generate reports about websites, apps, tags, containers, analytics accounts, or datasets that you own or are authorized to assess.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Measure Copilot complies with applicable laws, contracts, website terms, internal policies, and client instructions.
Audit reports and limitations
Measure Copilot provides deterministic, evidence-based checks for GA4, GTM, Consent Mode, attribution, ecommerce, DataLayer, and reporting quality. Reports are informational and depend on the submitted URL, public crawl access, uploaded files, and available evidence.
Findings marked Confirmed, High Risk, Needs More Data, or Not Checked are not guarantees. The Service cannot verify facts that are not visible from the scan or provided files.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login links, accounts, files, and exported reports. Notify us if you believe your account or report link has been accessed without permission.
Uploads and customer content
You retain ownership of URLs, files, notes, evidence exports, and other content you submit. You grant Measure Copilot the limited right to process that content to provide the audit, store the resulting report for the stated retention period, enforce limits, improve reliability, and operate the Service.
Do not upload data that you are not allowed to share with us. Avoid uploading passwords, payment card data, health data, government IDs, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Paid plans
Paid plans, if enabled, are billed through our payment processor. Prices, features, limits, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. We may change pricing or plan features prospectively.
No professional advice
Measure Copilot is not legal, tax, accounting, privacy, security, or marketing advice. You should validate recommendations with qualified professionals before making decisions that affect compliance, reporting, budgets, or customer data use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the Service is being used unlawfully, abusively, against these Terms, or in a way that creates risk for Measure Copilot, users, third parties, or infrastructure.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Measure Copilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
